Our Approach: Clinical, Personalized, Evidence Based Medicine.

  • TRT is a treatment designed to bring testosterone levels back into a healthy range for men with confirmed low testosterone and symptoms like fatigue, reduced sex drive, and poor concentration. Low testosterone often goes hand-in-hand with metabolic issues like obesity, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance. Our clinic approaches TRT through the lens of whole-body health.

We follow the guidelines to ensure safe and effective testosterone therapy. That means:

    • Confirming diagnosis with two separate morning testosterone lab tests

    • Assessing symptoms and health history (e.g., sleep apnea, prostate health)

    • Starting therapy only when medically appropriate

    • Monitoring labs such as testosterone, estradiol, PSA, CBC, and metabolic markers

    • Offer different TRT options and tailor to your needs

We evaluate each man individually, but you may be a candidate if you:

    • Are 30+ years old

    • Have symptoms consistent with low testosterone

    • Have two separate low total testosterone levels (<300 ng/dL)

    • Are not actively trying to conceive

    What’s included?

    • Personalized treatment plan

    • Prescription for brand name injectable / topical testosterone (as appropriate) or generic option

    • Ongoing physician oversight

    • Follow-up lab orders and review

    • Flexible telehealth or in-person visits

    • Priority support and scheduling

  • A structured visit where we:

    1. Assess risk (age, family history, race/ancestry, symptoms, meds including TRT)

    2. Explain benefits/harms of PSA screening

    3. Decide together whether to test now and how often to repeat

    Who should get checked?

    • Age ~50–69: offer PSA screening through shared decision making process, with re-screening every 2–4 years depending on baseline PSA and preferences

    • High risk individuals: As early as 40 years old

    • If earlier than 40, it can still be checked but a reason should be had to avoid false positives and unnecessary extra tests and uncomfortable unnecessary procedures

  • Physician-guided men’s health screening, interpretation, and optimization — focused on early detection, metabolic health, hormones, and prevention.

    Men frequently:

    • Can’t get timely PCP appointments (months-long waits)

    • Want labs now, not “let’s wait another year”

    • Feel dismissed when they ask for testosterone, PSA, fatigue, weight, or metabolic labs

    • Want actionable answers, not just “labs are normal”

    Ideal patients:

    • Any age 18+

    • Men with obesity, metabolic syndrome, or family history of disease

    • Men on TRT (or considering it)

    • Men who have a PCP but want faster access

    • Executives, shift workers, gym-goers, firefighters, law enforcement, veterans

  • Medical evaluation and treatment of erectile dysfunction as a marker of overall men’s and metabolic health.

    ED is often:

    • An early sign of cardio-metabolic disease

    • Associated with obesity, insulin resistance, low testosterone

    • Under-evaluated and over-simplified by direct-to-consumer platforms

The American Urological Association explicitly states:

    • ED is a medical condition

    • Men with ED should be evaluated for cardiovascular and metabolic risk

    • Treatment should be individualized, not algorithm-only

    Ideal candidates:

    • Men 30–70

    • Men with obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hypertension

    • Men on TRT (ED may persist even with normalized testosterone)

    • Men with performance anxiety or situational ED

    • Men who want discreet, physician-guided care

    • Men who simply just need refills through insurance or don’t want to use insurance because of quantity limits.

  • Medical evaluation and treatment of hair loss as a hormonally and metabolically influenced condition—guided by a physician.

    Male pattern hair loss:

    • Is emotionally impactful (confidence, identity, mental health)

    • Is commonly under-treated or poorly explained online

    Most online platforms:

    • Skip medical history

    • Don’t discuss sexual side effects honestly

    • Ignore hormone context

    • Don’t individualize dosing or formulations
